Checkbox to Apply the American Rescue Plan Act provisions is affecting taxable social security amount

When I use the checkbox to apply the American Rescue Plan Act provisions in order to exclude non-taxable unemployment benefits, the taxable portion of social security benefits is higher than if I manually enter a negative number on line 8.

The social security benefits worksheet is using the taxable and non-taxable unemployment benefits to calculate taxable social security benefits.  Is this correct?

The program is correct.  The calculation of taxable Social Security (and several other MAGI-based calculations) still use the FULL amount of Unemployment.
