Are there any updates as to why the final versions of the Phila BIRT, NPT, and SIT are not available yet? We have business clients that need to fill out these forms along with their federal and PA returns that have the 3/15 due date. We can't even paper file the Phila returns from Lacerte because the forms don't print.
Every year these forms seem to be released later and later. Any updates would be greatly appreciated!
