Difficulty adding new user. When they accept the invitation and try to sign on Lacerte puts up a message saying there is a problem on their end and they are working on it. Nothing ever happens.
Second, tried to sign on as administrator to download 2020. All worked until I tried to download the prep software and the icon looks to a client file trying to find the tax setup file. Obviously not there.
Third, go to the Lacerte file in the server which contains the Tax Setup file, click on that and am advised that the computer does not have access to the Tax Setup file in the server, needs administrator privilege.
