Login Issues/Lacerte & QBO

We've had login issues for the past few days.  Frequently get a message that "you must be connected to the internet".  Our IT vendor is waiting for Intuit response.  I don't see online that others having problems.  Is it just us?

Have seen this before.  Can't find the post but it has something to do with that particular user's static IP setting for his office network.  Not sure if this applies to you though.

Thank you.  Oddly, things are working today.  We're send the article along to our IT service provider.
