we have lacerte hosting. This is new to us as of April 2020. Do I really have to go into each user and add lacerte 2020? if this is hosting and I already bought it, why isn't it automatically there?
And what does it take to get someone to answer my support all or call me back? why can't I wait on hold instead of getting the message - we will call you back in 24 hours that never happens?
I don't know of anyone here who uses the hosting service. Since its a separate company, do they have a separate support line?
And why does support suck? We don't know but agree that it does.
Well we sort of know. Intuit doesn't want to hire enough people, and good people. They want customers to come here to us unpaid volunteers. They have to watch the bottom line and increase shareholder value.
