3 new laptops we have will not show the characters as you type on the sign in screen in TY19 & TY20 all previous years work fine.
I've tried Lacerte Tools Hub and re-installing with no luck. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

NEW laptops - maybe it is this monitor issue
This is specific to ProSeries, but apparently may apply to Lacerte https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-discussions/discussion/proseries-preventing-en...
I think you may need to call support.
