I have DMS software from 2017 

Can I get step by step installation of the 2018 DMS software?  I don't want to screw up the 2017 data base in place

I know, picky picky picky. The question was for Lacerte.

It will just overlay on 2017. Download and install, no change to the database. Just be sure you are licensed for 2018, as you won't be able to do anything with DMS, without a license.
