Adding my engagement letter to intuit link template and I learned if you use the placeholder $client_name$, the client name is inserted with the last name first. After 2 phone calls to Lacerte (one with obnoxious dogs barking the entire time!), I was told there is NO WORK AROUND? You cannot insert the first name or the first name first. Only last name first. I was told this was due to a recent update. Does anyone know how to insert the first name? Or at least the first name first?
