In 2017 ind. return depreciation on Screen 22 assigned to Sch. A (2%). In 2018 filing Sch. C. Can we switch depreciation from Sch. A to Sch. C on screen 22 for 2018?.

Yes...IF that asset is now used for the Sch C.

No...if you are just trying to avoid the fact that TCJA eliminated 2% deductions.
