I want to use password protect for PDF email....Do I need Microsoft Office Professional to have an Outlook so that mail can be sent to client?

I know how to use the password pdf protection but it generates an email through Outlook.  If you don't have that application you cannot mail to client.

Let the software create the PDF file, then save it somewhere. Use your regular email, attach the file, and send away.
