I have an other deduction on Schedule C and LaCerte is set on - Per Diem Pursuant to IRC Section 162 (h) as All Caps. Please advise

There's a spot in setting to select mixed case or all UPPER case...I'm guessing you have picked all "UPPER" 

Settings > Options > Tax Return > second one down

Yes, In Lacerte tax software, you can easily schedule your tax deductions, whatever forms you are accustomed to. In order to commence the tax deductions for IRS Form No.162(h), go to the settings menu, then proceed to the options. In one drop down, there will be a tax return. Put your cursor over the tax return menu and go to the second order. There you can control all your tax deductions.
