Select "efile" in the client screen (#1).
Clear all efile diagnostics
Get the signed form back from your client.
Click on the Efile button on the upper menu, follow the prompts.
If a post answers your question, click on *Accept as solution* for future searches
Sign onto your Lacerte Account https://myproconnect.intuit.com/#/accounts/training and go to the Training and Videos Tab and spend some time there. Many of these features have very helpful videos.
