Just a heads up that the MFS split in a community property state is not working for Dispositions, even when the transactions are assigned as Joint. They all get assigned to the TP.
I don't have the time to call, wait 2 hours, then be told that they'll look at it. Or submit a calc error that they just close.
Heads up.
