How do I get rid of "resetting" popup message?

every time I go in and out of a client's file I get this pop  up message

Is this the message that you are getting "Process e-file "Clientname resetting"?

The tax return was e-filed, but I continue to receive a " 'Client number' resetting"  pop up message every time I change screens. I tracked it down to the EF attachment screen, deleted and reattached the document, but the pop still persists.
