Get a failed transmission on all tax returns i send

i get a failed transmission every time i send a tax return Business/Individual etc ..it says i need to update my software when i go to updates it says i'm using current software!!!

55 Mins on hold with lacert is Unacceptable ...both calls i've made have been this long!! 

terrible experiencethus far...any one having the same issue??

I don't do Lacerte, but rumor has it doing a force install helps solve some mysteries.  Have you tried doing that yet?
