When do these [profanity removed] answer the phone?  Is there really a person to resolve their  software created problems?

They normally answer and then put you on hold for 3 days.  Maybe they know it's you calling?

ex-AllStar, ex-Lutefisk taste taster, ex-ACME product tester
and ex marks the spot where those rocks and anvils hit me.

You could try posting your issue here - we are generally better than 'support' anyway 😂
