Is anyone else experiencing errors with 2019 eSignature?

I am.  The client has completed the process but the esig status is "sent". 

when I login to Docusign, it shows complete

I'm having this same issue with 3 of my clients.  They are completed but status shows sent and in the dashboard it show partial signature.

Is there a fix for this?  I've updated; closed the program, restarted etc.

I can't get the eSignatures to even send out.

Same here - all workstations same error.

Ran pdf repair, web setup, etc. Seems to be Intuit/Docusign (which as annoying as it is, at least I don't have to troubleshoot more on my end).

Thanks for the post, at least I know it has to be in the system. Not something I have done.

Yes, I had trouble earlier today. I called tech support, they said they were working on the problem and to try again later in the day.  Finally got e-signature to work at about 3 pm central time. Looks like the problem got fixed.

Still having issues today.  Closing out of program and starting over seems to be the only thing that works for me.
