I have tried to use e-signature for two year now and no one can make it work at Lacerte. One tech wanted me to create another email because I already had a DocuSign account. Other in my office already had an account with DocuSign and they can make e-signature work but it will not work for me. DocuSign has said it is a Lacerte issue and Lacerte says it is a DocuSign issue, I am just stuck in the middle. I do not want to create a new email. With the current fraud we have on the internet if I create a new email my clients most likely think it is a bogus email request. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
