This is my first year using Lacerte eSig and am currently all self-taught. I received the following message when sending my first return for client signature:
Request failed with status code 500 Unable to find users with same email as current user in esig from component createEnvelope
Does anyone have any ideas? I tried 3 different times and received the same error.
I feel like I am missing a step but Phone support was no help.
Thank you for any info!
