Employee business expenses not generating on CA Schedule A

Working on 2020 tax return. Gross Income/wages are 153,759. Allowable employee business expenses are $12,211. Expenses are not flowing to CA Schedule A 2%. AGI is $152,541.

Taxpayer rents, no depreciation. Business use of home is pointed to Schedule A. Worksheet shows allowable expenses of $12,211. but doesn't flow to schedule A. Am I missing something?
