We are looking at 3 letters this morning....Lacerte telecon indicated that the problem is not on their end. We reviewed the bank RTN numbers in our input - they are unchanged since last year? Anybody find an answer?
We are having the same issue with returns e-filed on February 20th. Lacerte has an open investigation ticket INV#41967 regarding this issue after spending 1 1/2 hours on hold. One of our clients has an electronic payment of balance due this Friday. Will wait to see if it gets taken out of the bank and report back to Lacerte.
