I don't do many e-signatures so I buy them as pay-as-you-go. I did one this year, it worked fine. Have tried since. I keep trying to buy one and when I use it it says I don't have a balance to use. They aren't charging me for them, so it's not making the connection somewhere. Customer Support even logged on to watch me do it and they had no solution. Am I the only one having this problem?
