E-signature pop up. Why?

Even with LC software closed I get a pop-up ad about E-Signature.  Odd and maddening.  I use Windows 10.

If you look in a dictionary, I believe you will find those words as the definition for Intuit.

Intuit sucks, but unfortunately, they are the best that we have.
