E- Filing Identity Theft Rejections

Hi all I have a question for everyone in here. Has anyone else been having E-Filing rejections stating that there is already a return filed under your clients social security number? When you clearly know you are filing the actual return?

It happens once in awhile.  If it happens a lot, be concerned that your system may have been hacked.

You should prepare the 14039 and submit that with the form 1040 when you paper file.
