When can I efile a 2018 individual tax return.

Eventually, yes.  It's an IRS decision - not Intuit's.  You should consider signing up for their QuickAlerts.

Pay attention to the red, pink, blue, yellow, whatever colored alerts that appear when you open the software, too.
