When I try to e-file my return, there is a black box next to the federal return. The system will not let me remove this box so I can check the box for e-filing. Ohio has a check mark, but the federal return does not. There are no critical e-file diagnostics with this return. The first time I tried to e-file, on Sunday, the return failed to send. How can I fix this so I can e-file the federal return? Help, please!
