We print all tax returns to DMS after they're efiled and accepted. Two of my users are prompted for a file location (settings say 'Don't prompt') and other users can store in DMS just fine. DMS settings for all users are the same and all users have DMS version 20.1.0. Any suggestion where to look?

Possibly remove the DMS printer driver on those workstations, then reinstall
- Close Lacerte and DMS.
- Hold down the WindowsKey+ E to open a file explorer.
- Navigate to C:Lacerte??taxlacertepdf_450_tool.exe and highlight lacertepdf_450_tool.exe.
- Note: (?? represents the year of the program).
- Right click and choose run as administrator.
- Wait for the program to run. Press any key to continue will be displayed when it is finished.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. That took care of the problem and also taught me about another tool for problem solving! Thanks again.
