Can anyone tell me the turnaround time for tech support? I sent a service request with the client's tax file attached on Thursday, April 8. It's now a week later, and I haven't heard a peep from them.
Issue is apparent mis-allocation of itemized deduction for mortgage interest/real property taxes and unreimbursed home office deduction for S-corp shareholders on Hawaii return.
