Is anyone else having problems requesting a refund-credit from an REP charge?
I'm going on 2 months in trying to get a credit for an REP charge in November, 2020.
I never had a problem until they changed their billing-payment software.

same here and it's Nov 2023. submitted all requested info but "SUBMIT" button is muted??
