Clients E-file View Screen

My problem is when I'm on the 1120S E-File Clients Screen none of my clients appear but sometimes if I go to the E-file Center they show up. This is in the 2019 Lacerte and because they don't show up in 2019 I can't get them to move over to 2020.

I get an Error message box that shows an error as the following:

Access violation at address 00509650 in module 'w19tax.exe'. Read of address 00000040

Can anyone tell me what this means and what I can do about it?  I should tell you that the 1120S E-file screen is the ONLY one that does that, all the other ones are fine. Thanks

Have you restarted since the last update? If not, try that as a fix.

Thank you but I've updated a million times since this happened and the tool doesn't seem to fix it at all. So nothing yet. Any other solutions to try? Thanks

I found this with a Google Search
