Client stuck repopulating

The client screen for partnerships and individuals are populating one cell at a time over the course of 30 seconds or so.  By comparison, S Corps client screen populates instantly.  Once the client screen loads for the population that can be seen, it “resets” and starts again populating the whole screen again.

can anyone think of any options to stop this? seemingly only happening on my computer not any of my other coworkers. all settings are the same on each computer.

I am gonna stick my neck out here and guess it is a particular file on that machine. Look at the solution from JWolfe in https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/lacerte-discussions/discussion/pre-filter-on-2019-individual...

Not the same problem, but likely related. OR call support.

First check to make sure your Lacerte is looking in the same location as another workstation. Do this by F10 or help and troubleshoot. Compare the System file path and the option path. if both are the same on both workstations then try https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/slow-performance-in-the-lacerte-tax-progr... or https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1859082
