Do you know - has this been resolved? I had a corp return efiled and rejected Wednesday, still in a state of flux. Tried calling many times but could not reach anyone. Please provide an update as soon as you can, thank you.
Ok, now I feel better it's not just me. Been trying for a while. Placed calls to Lacerte - no call back. Desperate for this deadline to be over! Thank you for your post.

Add me to the bunch. Was on hold for 20 minutes before the message changed to acknowledge they knew of the problem. Not a good day for this to happen.
Unacceptable. For the price we pay this should never be an issue.
We can't even get the program to open now.
I'm not even getting any error messages when I e-file. I keep getting a spinning wheel icon when the program is trying to validate the return for e-file. Been happening for an hour now.
