There appears to be an error on Form 3805V Line 9 since the unemployment exclusion has been programmed on the California return. The exclusion addback from the CA line 8f is being included on line 9 as nonbusiness income which ends up increasing the NOL carryover by the $10,200 exclusion. That just does not seem right.
