A dependant was inadvertently claimed by ex spouse and 1040 & 540 was rejected.  Since then the ex spouse amended the return without the dependant.  Is there any particular form neded to paper file now?

CA equivalence would be CA 8454.

Note that while California Form 8454 must be completed, it is not actually filed but should be retained.
