5 year NOL carryback

I'm filing my first NOL carryback for a 2019 loss.  With the CARES act modification I should be able to go back to 2014 but when I enter 2019 on the "Year of Loss" line on 2014 input sheet 15 I receive a "Data Entry Error" saying "Value must be between 1993 and 2018"...not allowing 2019.

Cheat and pick any year. It will be a paper return and you can correct it on the form before you mail.

This has been a defect FOREVER and is unlikely to ever get fixed.

Pick a different year to enter. You have to file on paper anyway, so if you can manually change any place a wrong year may appear on the final form.
