I have a corporate client with a year end of 1/31/2022. In the fiscal year 1/31/2016 they had an NOL that has been carried forward with a little used each year. When I am doing the return for the year ending 1/31/2022, the amount used in the year ending 1/31/2021 in not being reflected on the IT-20NOL. The form lists 1/31/20 for the 4th year following but skips to 1/31/022 for the 5th year. How can I correct this in the system. All the numbers are correctly entered in the IT-20NOL detail screen, but not correctly flowing to the actually form and return.

I'm not familiar with IN NOLs, but did they do something like CA has done before- limit or suspend NOL deductions for certain years?
