I went to my account and pressed the "Download 2020" then the next window comes up to "continue Download" or "more information" when i press Continue download, nothing happens, i have tried at least five times., anyone have any suggestions ?

Press windows key the type 2020 lacerte web setup
That will hopefully present the installer. Install all modules you might use.
