The 1040 in question has multiple partnerships to report.
Some of the related 1065 K-1s are prepared by us on Lacerte. We are finding that the export of one 1065 K-1 to the 1040 overrides & blocks an earlier 1065's exported k-1's information for the same 1040.
When we try to override the 1040 data by manually entering the 2d k-1 info, we find the initial imported info is deleted. There's a gremlin in all this somewhere.
We have tried alternating the sequence of exports, & the problem continues.

Have you verified that each of the partnerships have distinct EINs?
Are the partnerships already set up in Screen 20? If so are the EINs correct?
This sounds like something that you will probably need to contact support to resolve.
