Failed Transmission

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

When I efile a single return Lacerte locks up. I never receive a notification that the return was received by Lacerte. But in the client view it says recieved by Lacerte. The only thing I can do is kill Lacerte using the task manager, and open it again and everything works. I have reloaded all updates but still fails. I never get acknowledgements from Lacerte changes just appear in the client list.

I really need some help. The wait line on dial up support is hours. I cannot do business having the restart Lacerte every-time I efile a return.
