Trying to efile a 2019 individual return.  Got the message: ATEExceptionMessage: processing efile payload request for efiled ind.ny.nyc 1127 and instance tag {None} failed.  Unable to find any applicable document set in the ooEFXML output order.  Document sets found and checked: (2358, 1, 10447, 99800, 401,402, 92124,94267, 403, 101060)

Does anyone know how to correct this, so I can efile the return?

Hi John,

This can happen when you have the Form 1127 marked for E-file in screen 1. but the form itself isn't generating.
