Lacerte clpack

When I try to run 19clpack on the individual or S-Corp module I get the following message:

The datapath:    xxxxxxxxx is being accessed by another user. Please try again later.

There is no one else using the file path. I restarted all workstations and the server and checked the open files on the server. The only use accessing the path is the one that is running 19clpack.

It seem really dumb to have the user trying to run the utility lock out the utility. So I am sure there is something I am missing.

Anyone able to provide guidance on this?

Ah clpack. Sadly I know of it.

Have you deleted the URN folder? Explicit details in link below

This is key, follow Intuit's instructions - most importantly... * Before running CLPACK, we highly recommend making a backup of your client database. *
