Is it mandatory requirement to amend 2018 federal tax return to take CARES ACT 2018 excess business loss in 2018 or can I let it carryover to use it in 2019? My clients have plenty of nonbusiness income in either 2018 or 2019 to use it up resulting in no NOL. Any opinion or input is appreciated!
