Can Lacerte efile 2017 CA amended return?

I'm amending a CA 2017 individual return.  Can I efile the 2017 amended return through Lacerte?

I don't believe you can for 2017 (the first year amended 540 could be e-filed) but 2018 should be ok.

The FTB website says we can e-file Ca 2017 returns if our software is allowing it.

I need to do a 2017 return also.
