Screen 51.111 Indiana Modifications is used for making Adjustments to Indiana Income. This diagnostic, while critical, is not e-file critical and will not stop electronic filing of the return. A distribution in Screen 32 from a Health Savings Account can also trigger this diagnostic and as a preparer you may want to research to determine if the amount needs to be added back.
