Solution:
On Detail screen 3 Miscellaneous Information, scroll down to the Tennessee Electronic Payment section enter direct debit information and check the appropriate boxes to electronically pay the tax due. -Or- On Detail screen 37.181 check the box to indicate 'Payment made through agency website'
