The following diagnostic is generating:

The wage adjustment on Indiana Form IT-40PNR may be incorrect. It is incorrect to use ""State wages, if different"" to allocate wages on a nonresident return. This will always result in an incorrect tax calculation on Indiana Form IT-40PNR. Generally, there should be no wage adjustment in the Additions or Subtractions section of the return. Refer to the Multi-state/nonresident section of the [F1] Help for correct wage ""sourcing"" procedures.

Solution:

Screen 10. Instead of using box 16 State wages, if different, make sure showing the Indiana wages in Box 1
