I'm getting this diagnostic on a 2021 return where the taxpayer only has unemployment compensation for 2021, but is electing to use 2019 earned income. The eitc computes and enters the 2019 earned income but I'm getting a critical diagnostic.

I am also getting the same critical diagnostic.  Unfortunately Proconnect does not let you submit until this diagnostic is cleared.  Have you found out a solution?

There is a way to disable the file error. In e-file, e-file support tools, disable e-file errors. Then you can file.
