Troubleshooting unexpected behavior when accessing webinars
Webinar doesn't launch after selecting Attend Now
- If a pop-up blocker is enabled in the web browser, the webinar will be prevented from launching
- For browser-specific steps to disable a pop-up blocker, click here
I'm in the webinar but unable to see the slides or the slides aren't changing
- Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard
- If the problem isn't resolved, close and relaunch the webinar
- It's also recommended to close all other programs running on the computer while attending the webinar
- If you're still unable to see the slides or slides don't change, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Select an option here for browser-specific steps:
I'm in the webinar but unable to hear the audio
- Confirm the start time of the webinar. Audio and video won't begin before the start
- Make sure your computer speakers are working and the volume on your computer is enabled
- Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard
- If you are still unable to hear, you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Select an option here for browser-specific steps:
