Generating Form 8283 in ProSeries

To enter noncash contributions:

1. Open the Schedule A.
2. Scroll down to the Noncash Contributions Smart Worksheet above line 12.
3. In the expanding table, enter each charity and the donation amounts.
4. To enter additional information, double-click the name of the charity to access the noncash Contributions Worksheet.

ProSeries will automatically generate a 8283 for each transaction that is required to file one.
