New York Form POA-1 can't be filed through Lacerte, but you can submit it using the New York Online Service. This service will:
- Pre-populate the taxpayer’s individual or business information.
- List all tax types associated with a taxpayer.
- Identify assessments, collection cases, and audit cases.
